What counts as a user?
Anyone on your team with a login — providers, front desk, and admins alike. There are no per-role price differences.
How does the Solo Injector plan work?
With 1 or 2 users you pay a smaller base — $79/mo for one user, $89/mo for two. Add a third user and you move to the Med Spa plan automatically. Same product, same features, just a smaller base price.
Are there feature tiers or add-ons?
No. The Solo Injector and Med Spa plans include the exact same product, and everything we build ships to everyone. You'll never find a feature locked behind a higher tier or an add-on menu.
Is texting really included?
Automated texts — reminders, confirmations, and form links — are included today. Two-way texting with clients is coming soon, and when it lands it's included too, with a fair-use cap and no metered per-text charges.
What about multiple locations?
Tracer currently supports a single location per account. Multi-location pricing is coming when the product supports it.
What are the payment processing rates?
Stripe's standard published rates: 2.7% + 5¢ for in-person payments and 2.9% + 30¢ for card-not-present. Tracer adds no markup, and there are no monthly minimums or gateway fees.
What happens if I cancel?
You stop paying at the end of your billing month — no termination fee — and you can export all of your data for free, whenever you want.
