These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, online booking pages, and messaging services operated by Tracer Health (“Tracer,” “we,” “us”). By using our services — including booking an appointment through a Tracer-hosted booking page or opting in to text messages — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
The Service
Tracer provides practice-management software to med spas and aesthetic practices (“Practices”), including scheduling, payments, and client messaging. When you book through a Tracer-hosted page or receive messages through our platform, Tracer is acting as a software provider on behalf of your Practice. Your appointment, treatment, and provider relationship are with the Practice, not with Tracer. Tracer does not provide medical services or medical advice.
Online Booking
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including your name and a phone number you own. Appointments, cancellation policies, deposits, and any no-show fees are set by the Practice and disclosed during booking. Contact the Practice directly to change or cancel an appointment.
SMS Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from your Practice, sent via Tracer. These may include verification codes, appointment reminders and confirmations, account notifications, payment links, and two-way conversational messages with your Practice. If you separately opt in, you may also receive occasional promotional offers and updates from your Practice.
- Consent to promotional messages is optional and is not a condition of booking or of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you reply STOP, you may receive a single message confirming your opt-out.

- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments
Payments and cards on file are processed by Stripe. Any charges — including deposits, service payments, or no-show fees — are set and initiated by your Practice under its own policies. Billing questions should be directed to the Practice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the services, submitting false information, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The services, including all software, design, and content provided by Tracer, are owned by Tracer Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Tracer’s name, logo, or branding.
Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tracer does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered without delay. Tracer is not responsible for the services, conduct, or content of any Practice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracer Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Changes
We may update the services and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
